Ingredients

Cream powder (milk), sweetener: maltitol, full fat milk-powder,milk protein, dietary fiber, whey protein (milk), egg yolk powder, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, stabilizer: sodium alginate, locust bean gum, guar gum, vanilla powder, carrier: calcium and magnesium carbonate. Bold = allergens.

Preparation

For 1 liter of ice cream:

1. Take 590 ml of water (or milk) and add 410 g of all-in ice cream mix.

2. Mix everything together and heat to 85°C for 30 seconds. Cool in the refrigerator to 4°C and let it mature for another 24 hours.

3. Transfer to the freezer and, if necessary, spin off the ice cream before use to make a smooth, soft ice cream.
