In the Protein shake Alika Nutrition uses 100% pure Bourbon vanilla powder from Madagascar from vanilla pods of the vanilla orchid type Vanilla Planifolia grown on the island of Réunion (formerly Bourbon). This bourbon vanilla is superior in taste and is also full and balanced.

Add 30g protein powder to 150ml water (or milk). Add the protein powder to water (or milk) and not the other way around. Shake well until smooth. For a more creamy texture add less water. Add more water for a more liquid solution.
